Constructed of traditional warm creamy Charente stone, the house faces southward, capturing the sun, yet there is a shaded terrace. It is secluded and there are gates to ensure safety for children.
There is ample off road parking, some covered.
Adjacent to the house is a secure 10 x 6m heated swimming pool.
The house has plenty of original features and exposed beams. The thick walls allow the house to remain cool during the summer. All windows have traditional shutters and the floors are either wooden or tiled. There is central heating with wood burning fires.
